Here is what we do. You do not need to do anything yourself.
- We change the speed. If your order is arriving too fast for your account, we slow it down or stop it. We decide this while we work, based on what we see each day.
- If numbers go down, we add them again. Sometimes numbers go down a little. This happens on every platform and to every account. We promise a refill for at least 30 days, and for up to 1 year on some services, if more than 15% of your order goes down. We usually add them again before you notice anything.

We message you when we need a decision from you, and when your order is complete. If you would like regular reports, just tell us and we’re happy to send them. Larger orders usually include reports already.
