What the client needed
Her single and video were ready, but she was a new artist and few people knew her name yet. When a first release has only a few hundred views after a week, fans and playlists rarely look at it again.
This is common for: New artists with a first single, a first video or a first series.
What we did
We added views, saves and likes to the release video evenly over the whole first week, and we did the same on the YouTube video. We also added comments in Thai that she wrote herself. Then we added followers slowly, so her profile matched the attention the video got.
Why we chose this plan
People decide what they think of a new release in its first days. We wanted a first week that looked like people had found the song on their own.
Before and after
We measured this over two weeks before and four weeks after the release.
