Privacy policy: what we store and what we do not.

Who is responsible

Visiting this website
We do not use cookies to measure you, and we do not use Google Analytics. That is unusual enough to be worth explaining rather than claiming.
We count visits ourselves. A visitor is identified by a one way hash of a daily random value, your IP address and your browser string. The daily value is replaced every night and the old one is never kept, which means we can count how many people visited on a Tuesday and we cannot tell whether any of them came back on Wednesday. Working backwards from a hash to an IP address is not possible.
What that measurement records is which pages were read, which links were clicked, whether the profile check was run, and whether a form was started or sent. It does not record who you are, and there is nothing in it that could be connected to you afterwards.
Content embedded from other companies, such as a map or a video, can set cookies of its own once it loads. That is the only reason there is a cookie notice on this site at all, and choosing necessary only leaves the whole site working.
The profile check
The check reads publicly available information from a profile you name. It never asks for and never uses a password, and it cannot see anything a private account has hidden.
When you run it we store the username you entered, the platform, the follower count and the grade we produced, together with a hashed form of your IP address used only to stop the tool being hammered. That record exists so that running the same check twice does not mean fetching the same profile twice, and so that growth can be shown the second time you look.
We do not store contact details from the check unless you ask us to follow up. If you tick that box, what you typed is stored so somebody can answer you, and that is the moment your details enter our records rather than the moment you ran the check.
When you contact us
The form stores what you filled in, which depending on the form is your name, phone number, email address, the profile you asked about, and your message. It is kept so your enquiry can be answered, and a copy is sent by email to the person who will answer it.
The free trial form asks for a profile and an email address and nothing else, because nothing else is needed to look at an account.

What we never do
- We do not sell your details. Not to advertisers, not to partners, not to anybody.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question. If you do not reply to our answer, nothing further happens.
- We do not publish, confirm or hint at who our clients are. That is not a privacy setting, it is the position the business is built on. There is a whole page about it.
- We do not ask for passwords, and there is no version of anything we do that would need one.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to us holding it. Ask, and it happens. You do not need a reason and you will not be asked for one.
