Will anyone know I am a client?
No, your name stays private with us. We don’t publish client names, we don’t use logos, and we don’t ask for testimonials. This stays the same after you stop working with us. Our case studies never name a person, and they only describe a type of account and the numbers. You can order on this site without giving us your name.
Nobody can change this rule, and that includes paying clients. This rule is the reason the people we work with chose us.
What information do you actually need?
For most services, we only need your public username or the link to a post.
- We never ask for your password. We don’t need it for any service. If a company asks for your password, please don’t use that company.
- We don’t need your email login, your phone, or access to your account settings.
- We don’t need to follow you, connect with you, or appear anywhere on your account.
If a service ever needs more than this, we tell you before you pay, and you are always free to say no.
What do you store, and for how long?
We only keep what we need for your order and to answer your questions later. That is the profile or link you gave us, what you ordered, and when it was delivered.

- We never sell, share or rent client information, so there is no list for anyone to get.
- We don’t keep information that we no longer need.
You are welcome to ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will tell you when it is done.
What happens if someone asks you about me?
We say nothing about you to anyone who asks. This includes journalists, other companies, other clients, and people who say they are your manager.
There is one exception, and we want you to know about it. A Thai court or authority can legally order us to answer. This is true for every company in Thailand.
Can people see a change on my account?
Sometimes they can, and it depends on the service and on the platform. We want to give you an honest answer, so please read this part before you order.
When an account grows faster than usual, a careful person can see it, and nobody can change that. This is why we add your order slowly, at a speed that suits your account, so the change looks natural.
