- Luk thung singer, weekly TikTok lives

- Starting point
- About 35 viewers in the first ten minutes of a live
- Period
- Six weeks, one live a week
What the client needed
When people opened her lives, they saw very few other viewers and left within seconds. Because new viewers left so quickly, her lives did not grow.
This is common for: Anyone who goes live to sing, sell or meet fans, because the first minutes are when viewers choose to stay or leave.
What we did
For six lives in a row, we added viewers and likes in the first minutes of each live. We also added comments that she wrote before the live, to start the conversation.
Why we chose this plan
People like to stay in a live where other people are already watching. This is why she only needed help at the start of each live.
Before and after
We measured this over six lives.
