What the client needed

During the two year break, many followers had stopped watching. New music was coming, but the first comeback clips reached very few people. When the first clips get few views, a comeback is harder to start.

This is common for: Artists and creators who come back after a break, a label change or a long project.

What we did

Instead of one order, we made a three month plan. We added views and saves to every new clip, and a small number of followers each week. In the release week of his first new single, we added more than in the other weeks.

Why we chose this plan

A jump from 31,000 to 60,000 followers in one week would not fit his account. Over three months, the account grew like a comeback that was going well.

Before and after

TikTok followers 31,000 58,000
Average views per clip 1,900 24,000
Clips over 100,000 views 0 5

We measured this over twelve weeks.

* This is a real case. To keep the client private, we changed the numbers by up to 10% on purpose, so nobody can find the account. The client agreed to let us publish this case study.

We publish every case study with the client's permission, and we never name anyone who did not ask to be named. We're happy to look at your account too.
