Getting more people interested in an indie band’s club tour

Client
Indie band from Chiang Mai, first club tour
Platform
Several platforms
Starting point
140 people marked interested across four events
Period
Four weeks per date

What the client needed

Tickets sold slowly, and the event pages showed very few people going yet. Many people check if others are going before they decide to buy a ticket.

This is common for: Anyone with a concert, a show, a fan meeting or an opening, where people check the event before they decide to come.

What we did

Over the four weeks before each date, we added people marked interested on each event page. We also added story views and shares on the announcement, and views on the TikTok clips from their rehearsals.

Why we chose this plan

The band's music was ready for the tour. The event pages only needed to show that other people were interested too.

Before and after

Marked interested, four events 140 2,300
Story views on the announcement 900 6,800
Views on rehearsal clips 3,400 52,000

We measured this over four weeks before each show.

We publish every case study with the client's permission, and we never name anyone who did not ask to be named. We're happy to look at your account too.
