- Beauty clinic in Thailand with two branches
- Platform
- Starting point
- 1,900 Facebook followers, few reactions per post
- Period
- Two months
What the client needed
New customers found the clinic through ads and then opened its Facebook page. The page showed very few followers and reactions, so it did not look like people visited the clinic. Many of these customers did not book.
This is common for: Clinics, hotels and restaurants where people check the page before they book.
What we did
We added Thai followers and reactions to the latest posts at a steady speed. We also made a posting plan that showed real treatments and the clinic team.
Why we chose this plan
The ads were already working well. The Facebook page was the part that needed help, and it was also the cheaper part to improve.
Before and after
We measured this over two months.
* This is a real case. To keep the client private, we changed the numbers by up to 10% on purpose, so nobody can find the account. The client agreed to let us publish this case study.
We publish every case study with the client's permission, and we never name anyone who did not ask to be named. We're happy to look at your account too.
