- Pop singer in Thailand, before a new album and a concert tour
- Platform
- Starting point
- 1.5 million Instagram followers, a new album on the way
- Period
- Six months
What the client needed
She had built a large and loyal audience over many years. Before the new album and the tour, her label and the concert organisers wanted her Instagram to reach 2 million followers, so the launch would look as big as her music.
This is common for: Artists with a large audience who want to reach the next big number before an album, a tour or a new contract.
What we did
We made a six month plan. Every week we added a small number of followers, and a little more in the weeks when she posted new music or tour dates. We also added likes to her new posts, so her posts grew together with her followers.
Why we chose this plan
An account with 1.5 million followers usually grows a little every week. We kept the growth steady, so it matched how her account had grown before.
Before and after
We measured this over six months before the album release.
* This is a real case. To keep the client private, we changed the numbers by up to 10% on purpose, so nobody can find the account. The client agreed to let us publish this case study.
We publish every case study with the client's permission, and we never name anyone who did not ask to be named. We're happy to look at your account too.
